Art of Edina – Dragonfly Display

You guys! Check out Art of Edina‘s amazing Dragonfly Display at Southdale Center. These dragonflies were made by local 2nd graders in honor of Abbey and Abbey’s Hope Charitable Foundation. I’m sure you remember hearing about Abbey’s horrific pool accident. As public pools start to open for the year, swimmer and pool safety is more important than ever.

What I love most about this….the kids learned about a scary incident and pool safety at the same time as creating beautiful art.

These photos are from the launch party last weekend.

The team behind this awesome project. Jill Cherwenka Emmer, the Director of Art of Edina, Brad Johnson with Tradition Wealth and Scott and Katey Taylor (Abbey’s Parents).
